Who we are

Fergie Baby AI is an independent tool that turns a photo you upload into a short vertical video. It is not affiliated with any artist, label or platform. For anything in this policy, write to support@fergiebabyai.com.

What we collect

1. Your email address — used to sign you in with a one-time code, to attach credits and finished clips to you, and to send you the sign-in code itself. We do not ask for a password.
2. The photo you upload — stored so the video model and the content check can read it. Photos are kept under an unguessable file name and are not listed anywhere public.
3. Your renders and credit history — the record of what you generated, what it cost and whether it succeeded, so the studio can show you the clip again and refund a failed run.
4. Payment records — the order, the amount and the Stripe receipt reference. Card numbers never reach our servers: Stripe handles the payment page.
5. Basic technical data — IP address, user agent and the first page you arrived from, used for abuse prevention and for understanding which pages bring people in.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your data.
• We do not use your photo or your renders to advertise the product.
• We do not train models on your uploads.
• We do not send marketing email; the only mail you get is a sign-in code, a receipt, or a reply to something you asked us.

Who processes it

• Cloudflare hosts the site and stores the media.
• kie.ai renders the video from your photo and a reference clip.
• SeeAPI runs the automated content check on the photo, the direction and the finished clip.
• Stripe processes payments and holds your receipts.

Each of them only receives what it needs for that job. Google sign-in is optional and, when you use it, Google tells us your email and name.

How long we keep it

Uploaded photos and finished clips stay while your account exists so you can go back to them. You can ask us to delete a clip, or your whole account, at any time by writing to support@fergiebabyai.com; we delete the media and the account record, and keep only what tax and accounting rules require us to keep about payments.

Your choices

• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask for a correction.
• Ask for deletion.
• Withdraw consent for non-essential cookies from the cookie banner.

Children

The service is for adults. We do not knowingly accept photos of children and we remove such content when it is reported.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, the revised version is published on this page with a new date.
